Access Networks’ regular support hours are from 6:00 AM to 5:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
We also offer after-hours support for network emergencies from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, and from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM Pacific Time on weekends, excluding holidays. A “network emergency” is defined as a total network outage or catastrophic hardware failure. A member of the Access Networks Support Team will respond to after-hours emergency requests in two hours or less. All non-emergency support requests received after-hours, such as router port forwarding, performance troubleshooting and network documentation will be handled during our regular support hours.
